The organisation is one of the unique features of humankind. Without it, we would be no more than a herd, or a flock, but its success relies entirely on one attribute - effective people management - and that in turn relies on leadership skill and managerial ability.
There can be no organisation without people.

       So - what is the "HR Role"??
