There is one reality: the sun rises, the sun sets, and there is nothing any of us can do about that. "Time Management" is an inappropriate label as we cannot alter time.  There are 24 hours in the day, the trick is to learn how to deal with it!

What we can do, is to choose how we spend our time. How long on emails? How long in meetings? What are my priorities? Can this wait, or can someone else do it?

These are techniques that can be taught and learned.
